This composition is research in progress, an investigation of continuum noise and its micro-variations overheard close to the electric transformer substations. A fictional immersion into the unheard side of the city.

"Poste Tranformateur en Ville" participates, as a sonic work, in the forthcoming Crafting a sonic urbanism: listening to non-human life conference at La Gaîté Lyrique in Paris.

"Relieve audible (de rana Clamitans)" it is the culmination of a obsession that I had with the sound of frogs. which began when I visited Chiloe (island in Chile) in the 90s. Is this opportunity I spend hours listening to them...and recently, only in 2016, I could recorded the sound of a colony of frogs in a lake near Chonchi. Few days later I could play guitar over the frogs recording in public in a gig in Castro (city in Chiloe) which was kind of revelation of the power of the nature's musical meaning.
This work was born in response to a call to collaborate on a project called Sounding Nature" by Cities and Memories in 2018. This piece is my way to bring back the field recordings of frogs "rana Clamitans" made, this time in North America.
